We had brand-new, good-sized room with a balcony, conditioning, a terrace. The breakfast was savoury and offered lots of good food. The location was absolutely perfect and peaceful right next to a winery in the quaint town of San Gimignano. We met really helpful and caring staff at this hotel.

Served good breakfast and capuccino in the evenings, nice pool, well situated for touring central Tuscany, but limited choice of other restruants in village
The beds were very hard and uncomfy, The rooms had metal grilles over bed room windows and doors with an internal panic alarm, which made us apprehensive, We did not think our room was value for money, as it was expensive

The breakfasts were superb with a selection of fresh fruits, meats, cheeses, breads, and local jams that were the best in a month of travels in Italy. The room was large, clean and quiet. The location is about 12 km. From San Gimignano so car required but there are restaurant and bar in village for dinners. Pool was still open and spacious. Staff were helpful.

Nothing that we didn't like.

Loved the stunning location, perfect for exploring the Tuscan countryside and vineyards. the breakfast options were delicious, especially the fresh fruits and pastries. the staff were friendly and helpful, providing useful tips for sightseeing.
The rooms were quite cold and the heating system was not efficient enough to warm them up, even though it was the Christmas period. the bed was not very comfortable and the pillows were too flat, making it difficult to have a good night's sleep.
